Just got home from a morning of running errands and this is the first thing I see when I turn my computer on! I thought it was a joke at first but nope... she's been sent back to jail. And for the original 45 days!
I don't think she has to serve the whole 45 days there. You see the judge is the one who decides the sentence, but the sheriff is permitted to reduce it without the judge's approval and the sheriff was the one who originally reduced it to 23 days. So if that's still the case, she only has to serve about 2 weeks.
And BTW, I don't feel bad for her at all. I don't think the judge should have been as angry with her than with the sheriff who released her but she was at fault for not telling the jail that she needed her anti-depressants and stuff upon entering the jail. By keeping all that information from them, which could have been told by her shrink, lawyer and anyone else close to her for that matter, they could have given her what she needed inside the prison.

I'm starting to notice a but of a change in public opinion. People seem to be feeling bad for poor Paris, I for one do not. And will not.
