Best kids show ever! I have the whole set on DVD. I love the episode where Pee Wee marries the fruit salad.
I have the whole set too. And the pilot. And the Christmas special. Stop me. My fave scene is when Pee-wee puts the giant underwear on his head. That one has me rolling on the floor everytime. (easily amused)

I LOVE Pee Wee, even if he pulled out his pee pee at that dirty movie theater! I have the Pee Wee Herman doll!
Get yourself a copy of the pilot. It's adult-oriented. e.g. Pee-wee has shoe mirrors to see up Miss Yvonne's dress. It's called "The Pee-wee Herman Show - Live from the Sunset Strip's Roxy Theatre"
