Ticket Prices Slashed for Julia Roberts' Play
Ticket brokers are struggling to sell tickets for Julia Robert's New York theatre debut after the actress received a string of poor reviews for her performance in "Three Days Of Rain." Roberts was lambasted for being "stiff with self-consciousness" and having "surprisingly little stage presence" when the play opened on Broadway in April.
Despite all tickets selling out to the theatre prior to opening, ticket brokers admit they are finding it difficult to sell the tickets and are being forced to cut prices as much as 25 percent lower.
