No that's NenaNina Hagen is also German and they both have hairy pits but Nina Hagen is definitely wackier.
Now that you mention it I do wonder what happened to Nina, thanks for the update - she looks as nutty as ever (I used to be slightly afraid of her!)

Sailor Moon, she is the one named "Sailor Slut". Animae could never re creat anything that unsightly.
