Hi D. Prince, The outfit Kelly Osbourne is wearing is atrocious. It’s extremely unflattering to her “plump” figure and so dowdy. Like maddie said, I don’t think the tattoos are going to be an issue in years to come. She’s probably going to wonder why she allowed herself to go to pot (pun intended) at such a young age.

Miss Litzi: I think she's actually trying to make herself look as unattractive as possible to take the focus off of maybe not being your stereotypical beauty. It's just a too bad she's chosen such a preminant way of doing it.

I'm sure at some point she will realise the tats don't matter, and that it's just her feet in general that need to be covered. How did she squeeze them into those shoes?

LOL @ Mandy! My grandmother used to do the same thing. She would cram her feet into her dress shoes on Sunday morning. Looked like little sausages...

The more I look at this picture, she reminds me of someone from the Royal Family. Perhaps it’s the dowdy, passé attire that Queen Lizzie sports that’s led me to this conclusion. I wonder what Ozzie thinks about this photo?
