How UNREAL was Victoria Beckham's Coming to America "reality" show? Well, it seems most of the people on the show - including the traffic cop above - were hired ACTORS. Victoria's hairdresser and makeup artist were the real thing, but her assistant on the show was also an actress. And of course there were writing credits at the end of the "reality" show. Despite disappointing ratings, the network insists there might be another Beckham special coming up - "Christmas with the Beckhams."
